Cake Batter Popcorn

A little bit salty, and a little bit sweet this healthier cake batter popcorn is the perfect afternoon snack. 

Ingredients

1 bag poppedJOLLY TIME KettleMania
3 tbspcashew butter
2 tspcoconut oil
1/2 tspvanilla
1/2 tspbutter extract
1/4 tspalmond extract

Directions

While the popcorn is popping, melt cashew butter with coconut oil. Stir in vanilla, butter extract, and almond extract. Spread your popped corn on a wax paper lined baking sheet and drizzle on the cashew butter mixture. Gently mix the corn to coat and then add your sprinkles.
