Elote (Mexican Street Corn) Inspired Popcorn

10 cupsPopped JOLLY TIME Pop Corn
1 TbspButter or margarine
2 Tbsphot sauce, such as Frank's
1 Tbspdried cilantro
1/2 cupQueso Fresco cheese, crumbled (can use shredded Monterey Jack cheese)


1. Place popcorn in a large bowl, remove any unpopped kernels

2. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add hot sauce and cilantro; mix well. Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat.

3. Sprinkle with cheese; mix well.
