The first JOLLY TIME Pop Corn was sold by Cloid H. Smith when he established the American Pop Corn Company in Sioux City, Iowa, in 1914. Ninety years later, Garry and Carlton Smith are running the family owned and operated company still located at the site where their great grandfather began the business.
