Crunchy Popcorn Salad Recipe

A salad unlike any other.

Ingredients

12 cupspopped JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop 94% Fat Free Microwave Pop Corn
1/2 cupfat-free sour cream
1/4 cupfat-free mayonnaise
1 tbspwhite wine vinegar
1 1/4 tspdry ranch salad dressing mix
1/4 tspground dry mustard
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/4 tspsalt
1 cupshredded carrots
1/2 cupsliced green onion
1/2 cupchopped green pepper
9small ripe olives (halved)
3 slicesfat-free sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, ranch dressing mix, ground mustard, pepper and salt; mix well. Add carrots, onion, green pepper and olives. Slice cheese into thick strips, add to vegetable mixture; mix well (may be covered and refrigerated overnight, if desired). Just before serving, place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. Add sour cream and vegetable mixture, gently stir until well mixed. Serve immediately.
