Thank you very much for your telephone call regarding your recent purchase of JOLLY TIME Healthy Pop Butter Pop Corn. We are sorry to learn the bags didn’t perform properly and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

As we discussed, it is possible the bags were not properly sealed during production. Most of our packaging is done mechanically, and this may have been what happened and some of the bags slipped through that were not properly sealed (even though they look like they are sealed when they go into the carton). Obviously this should not happen, and we are sorry you experienced this problem. I have shared your comments with our production supervisor who will investigate to make sure this is nothing more than an isolated incident.

We want you to be completely satisfied and have enclosed a coupon good for a FREE 3 or 4 pack, any flavor, of JOLLY TIME Microwave Pop Corn. Please accept this with our compliments to replace product that did not meet our normal high standards.
