Fruit 'n Nut Protein Popcorn Snack Mix

A snack mix that packs some protein!


12 cupspopped JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® 94% Fat Free Microwave Pop Corn
3/4 cupdried fruit bits, chopped
3 tbspsliced almonds
2 tbsphoney
1 tbspfat-free liquid margarine
3 tbspstrawberry-flavored protein powder


Place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. Add dried fruit and almonds; toss. In a small bowl, combine honey and margarine; mix well. Drizzle over popcorn mixture. Sprinkle with protein powder, mix well to coat.
