| 12 cups | popped JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® 94% Fat Free Microwave Pop Corn |
| 1/2 cup | fat-free sour cream |
| 1/4 cup | fat-free mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 1 1/4 tsp | dry ranch salad dressing mix |
| 1/4 tsp | ground dry mustard |
| 1/4 tsp | black pepper |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1 cup | shredded carrots |
| 1/2 cup | sliced green onion |
| 1/2 cup | chopped green pepper |
| 9 | small ripe olives (halved) |
| 3 slices | fat-free sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, ranch dressing mix, ground mustard, pepper and salt; mix well. Add carrots, onion, green pepper and olives. Slice cheese into thick strips, add to vegetable mixture; mix well (may be covered and refrigerated overnight, if desired). Just before serving, place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. Add sour cream and vegetable mixture, gently stir until well mixed. Serve immediately.
