This Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and enjoying the delicious combination of caramel and marshmallow flavors. Enjoy!


Amount Ingredient
8 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups mini marshmallows


Pop the popcorn and place it in a large mixing bowl.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
Once it’s boiling, let it cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Carefully pour the caramel sauce over the popped popcorn and gently toss to evenly coat.
Add the mini marshmallows to the warm popcorn and caramel mixture. The residual heat will help them melt slightly and adhere to the popcorn.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly before enjoying. The result is a sweet, gooey, and utterly irresistible marshmallow caramel popcorn treat.
