Popcorn Con Pesto

Popcorn Italiano


5 quartsJOLLY TIME Pop Corn
1/2 cupmelted butter
1 tbspdried basil leaves, crushed
1 tspdried parsley, crushed
1 tspgarlic powder
1/3 cupParmesan cheese
1/2 cuppine nuts (optional)


Put popped popcorn in a large bowl and keep warm. (Make sure to remove unpopped kernels.)

In small saucepan, melt the butter; add basil, parsley, garlic, Parmesan cheese and nuts.

Stir to blend.

Pour over popped popcorn, stirring well.


Dried thyme or oregano, or combination of ingredients, may be used in place of basil.
