Ingredients

1/4 cup JOLLY TIME popcorn kernels
3 tbsp Coconut Oil or preferred oil
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Honey

Directions

  • Prepare the popcorn: Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover the pot. Shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down. Remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl. Make sure to remove all unpopped kernels.
  • Make the peanut butter sauce: In a small saucepan, combine 100 grams (3.5 ounces) of peanut butter and 50 grams (1.75 ounces) of honey. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Combine: Pour the peanut butter sauce over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
