This glamorous, shimmery snack mix will surely impress guests at your next celebration gathering!
Ingredients
| Amount | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 8 cups | Simply Popped Microwave Pop Corn, popped |
| 1 tsp | edible gold dust |
| 1 cup | sliced or slivered almonds |
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| 1 cup | dark chocolate chips |
Directions
Place popped popcorn in a large bowl and remove any unpopped kernels.
In the large bowl, toss popcorn with gold dust.
In skillet, toast almonds over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to plate and let cool.
Melt butter in small saucepan set over medium heat; toss with popcorn mixture.
Layer popcorn, chocoate chips and toaasted almonds in plastic champagne cups.
