Sweet and Savory Curry Popcorn

Add some international flare to your popcorn!


8 cupsJOLLY TIME Pop Corn, popped unsalted, unbuttered
1/3 cupghee (clarified butter) or coconut oil
2 tbspbrown sugar
1 tbsphoney
1 tspcurry powder
1/2 tspcumin
2 tspflaked sea salt


1. Place popcorn (remove any unpopped kernels) in large mixing bowl.
2. In saucepan set over medium heat, melt ghee, brown sugar, honey, curry powder and cumin; stirring until dissolved. Bring to light boil; remove from heat.
3. Toss ghee mixture and salt with popcorn; transfer to serving bowl.

Tip: For an extra-spicy version, sprinkle with red chili flakes.
