Whole Grain Toasted Berry Popcorn Granola

A new spin on granola with a tasty crunch.


10 cupspopped JOLLY TIME® Crispy ‘n White® Microwave Pop Corn
2 cupsbarley flakes
1/4 cupoat bran
1/4 cupwheat germ
1/2 cuphoney
3 tbsplight olive oil
1 tspground cinnamon
1 tspground ginger or cardamom
2 tspvanilla
1/4 tspsalt
1/3 cupdried blueberries
1/3 cupdried cranberries


Preheat oven to 250˚F.  Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Mix popcorn, barley flakes, oat bran, and wheat germ in a large bowl.
Mix honey, oil, spices, vanilla, and salt in a glass measuring cup until well blended. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss to coat. Pour mixture onto baking sheet in an even layer. Bake about 40 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir in blueberries and cranberries. Cool completely; store in airtight container.
