Ingredients

10 cups JOLLY TIME popped popcorn
1/2 cup vegan butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 250°F
2. Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or stovetop method (or pop a bag of microwave popcorn!). Be sure to remove all unpopped kernels. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a medium saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat.
4. Add the brown sugar to the melted butter and stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Himalayan pink salt.
7. Pour the caramel mixture over the popped popcorn and gently stir to coat all the popcorn evenly.
8. Spread the coated popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even coating.
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.

Tip: For best results, make sure to stir the caramel mixture continuously to prevent it from burning and to achieve a smooth, even coating on the popcorn.
