Carlton Smith, Chairman of the Board, has been part of the American Pop Corn Company for 50 years. As a 4th generation owner, Carlton has experienced many changes throughout his career. However, his care and appreciation for the employees and his goal of building and nurturing a family culture remain steadfast. Carlton and his wife of 38 years, Kathy, enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family, especially their grandson Henry. Pop Perfection is his favorite flavor!
