Fruit ‘n Nut Nosh
  • 12 cups popped JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop 94% Fat Free Microwave Pop Corn
  • 3/4 cup dried fruit bits, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free liquid margarine
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry-flavored protein powder

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Here's How:
Place popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels. Add dried fruit and almonds; toss.
In a small bowl, combine honey and margarine; mix well. Drizzle over popcorn mixture. Sprinkle with protein powder, mix well to coat.

Yield: About 7 (1-1/2 cup) servings.
