Nacho Popcorn
A new and tasty take on nachos
  • 3 quarts popped JOLLY TIME® Crispy 'n White or The Big Cheez Microwave Pop Corn
  • 2 cups corn chips
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Mexican seasoning
  • 3/4 cup shredded Taco cheese

Here's How:
Preheat oven to 300F. Spread popped popcorn and corn chips in shallow baking pan lined with foil. Melt butter in small pan. Stir in Mexican seasoning. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss well. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to mix. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve at once

Yield: about 3-1/2 quarts
