Place popped popcorn, cereal, cranberries and walnuts in large bowl. Melt butter in small pan. Stir in maple extract. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss to mix. Store in tightly-covered container.
Yield: about 3-1/2 quarts.
* To toast walnuts, spread on large cookie sheet and bake at 325F for 15 to 20 minutes.
