Popcorn Granola
Always great for nibbling
  • 14 cups popped JOLLY TIME® Crispy 'n White or Crispy 'n White Light Microwave Pop Corn
  • 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sliced almonds or sunflower seeds
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
Here's How:
Preheat oven to 250F. Combine popped popcorn, coconut, almonds and raisins. Blend honey, butter, cinnamon and salt, if desired. Pour over popcorn mixture. Toss to coat thoroughly. Spread on lightly-buttered 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool to crisp. Store in tightly-covered container.

Yield:  about 4-1/2 quarts
