Chocolate Covered Caramel Corn
To add some pizzazz to your popcorn
, try covering it with chocolate! Follow the directions below, then in 4-cup measuring cup, combine:
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
12 large marshmallows
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons water
Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring several times, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted, and mixture is smooth. Place the caramel corn and 1 cup peanuts (optional) in a bowl; add the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly until well coated. Spread out in a shallow pan to cool. Enjoy!
