Chocolate Peanut Pops
  • 4 cups popped JOLLY TIME® Butter Licious or Crispy 'n White Microwave Pop Corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 cup large marshmallows (about 9)
  • 4 chocolate-covered nougat and peanut candy bars (about 2 oz. each), chopped
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Here's How:
Put popped popcorn in a large bowl. Place butter in 2-quart glass measuring cup or bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until melted. Add marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1-1/2 or until marshmallows are puffy. Stir in chopped candy bars. Add mixture to popped corn and stir until well mixed. Shape popcorn mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls around lollipop sticks to form log shapes. With greased or buttered hands, press popcorn to sticks. Allow to cool. Place chocolate pieces in 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes, or until shiny; stir to melt completely. Drizzle chocolate over pops. Chill until chocolate is set, at least 20 minutes.
