Tropicorn Bon Bons
  • 8 cups popped JOLLY TIME® Pop Corn
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried pineapple
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 package (12 oz.) vanilla-flavored baking chips (white chocolate)
Combine popped popcorn, pineapple and coconut in large bowl. Place baking chips in 1-quart glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes, or until shiny; stir to melt completely. Spoon over popcorn mixture and mix well. Drop by tablespoonful onto wax paper-lined pan or place in mini cupcake liners. Cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen.
